How long does it take to process an order?

The average duration from order to delivery is between 1-2 weeks.

However, processing time can vary based on order volume. In addition, shipping delays/issues experienced as a result of external factors not controlled by Fluetara can take place after the product has been shipped.

Our team at Fluetara will do our utmost to provide our customers with prompt updates on shipping, including any delays/issues, but this is not guaranteed and varies on the circumstances of our operation. 

By using our service and shopping from our offerings, you accept potentially long processing and shipping times, and although rare, this can mean 3 weeks or more to receive your item(s), and understand that our ability to keep you updated about the status of your order depends on the circumstances of our operation and the volume of orders we have at the given time. 

Where is my tracking information?

After your package has been shipped out, expect to receive an email containing tracking information.

What is your return policy?

Return Policy:

At Fluetara, our priority is to provide high-quality products that completely satisfy our customers.

In order to ensure our customers' satisfaction, all our products are eligible to be returned within 30 days of receiving the product as long as certain conditions are met, as outlined below.

Products eligible for returns must have:

  • all original packaging and tags intact,
  • must be unworn,
  • and must be in the condition received (ie. new). 

Furthermore, to initiate a return, you must contact our team using the contact tab on our website or at orders@fluetara.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please be advised, all return shipping fees are covered by the customer and not by Fluetara.

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at orders@fluetara.com.

Note:

Fluetara is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse or neglect of our products. Returns/refunds will not be given for products used or damaged by the customer after its receipt. Fluetara reserves the right to refuse to allow returns or give a refund if the conditions outlined in this policy are not met. 

In the event of a return or refund, a 50% restocking fee is required (50% of the total value of the order, including shipping).

Clearance products are not eligible for returns or refunds; they are final sale. 

Can I make a change to my order/cancel it?

Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made at this time.

If you provided the incorrect shipping address at checkout and the package is fulfilled, you bear the responsibility.
